Contacts
Contacts¶
This section allows you to create contacts, which can later be associated with accounts.
In this section we are initially shown a table similar to those that we can find in other inventories or sections, with pager, filters and other actions already described as global search, by columns, filtering by columns, export, etc.
In the table we are presented by default the most relevant data for the contact, such as:
- Name
- Organization (modal to detailed contact information)
- Stand
- Email (link that would open default email client)
- Phone (link that will open application for phone call)
- Mobile (link that will open application for phone call)
- Actions
Among the actions we find:
- View: Displays detailed information about the account contact
- Edit contact
- Delete contact
When adding or editing a contact, we will be presented with a form with the following fields:
Form fields allow:
- Give the contact a name (required)
- Select a organization from a drop-down (required), related to the table of organizations
- Indicate the position of the contact
- Indicate the contact email
- Indicate the contact telephone number
- Indicate the contact's mobile
- Indicate the extension of the contact's phone number
- Indicate the extension of the contact's mobile
- Indicate the address of the contact
- Add comments about the contact
