Users

It allows us to manage users so that they can access the tool.

When creating or editing users, we will be presented with a form with the following fields:

User ID: This is usually the email address (short for NTT DATA users) with which the application is accessed.

Username format

The username must be in email address format. For NTT DATA users, the short email address will be used; for other types of users, both Office 365 and validation by username and password, consult the support of the application.
Disabled: if we want the account to be disabled.
Full name
Email address
