Cost tools

SSMCM allows you to integrate third-party services (cost managers) for the visualization of costs of different "cloud" services.

Cost managers supported

For now, the only supported cost manager is CloudCheckr

Cost managers are associated with an organization. Each account can independently be assigned a cost manager belonging to your organization.

SSMCM only records service costs for accounts that are assigned a cost manager.

When adding/editing a cost manager, the following fields must be filled in:

  • Name (required)
  • Url (required): For communication with the cost tool
  • Access key (required): For communication with the cost tool
  • Type (required)
  • Organization (required): To which the cost manager will be associated
