SSMCM allows you to display open tickets in an external ticket manager associated with a project.

Ticketing managers supported

For now, the only ticketing managers supported are the following:

In this way, it presents a list of open tickets where you can see the following information:

  • Account ID
  • Account Name
  • Ticket Manager
  • Project key
  • Ticket key
  • Nick of the credor
  • Name of credor
  • Creator's email
  • Nick of the person in charge
  • Name of the person in charge
  • Email of the person in charge
  • Status *Description
  • Date of creation
  • Date updated

As the list only presents some columans by default, we can see the extended information of each ticket in a modal.
