Options

User Options¶

In the menu with the sections related to the user we find the user profile, which allows you to see the data stored about the user in the application.

Among the available data we can find:

The user used to access the platform
The user's full name
The user's email
The company to which the user belongs
The time zone that the user has configured
Date and time of last login
Date and time of the moment you accepted the terms and conditions of the platform
User roles
Organizational units to which you belong
Groups of accounts to which you belong
Accounts you have permissions on
If you want to hide inventories that do not contain records in the navigation bar.

Preferences¶

A user can edit their viewing preferences in this section. Currently, among the options that a user can customize on the platform are the time zone and the possibility of hiding from the navigation sidebar inventories that do not contain any records.

This section is accessible from the user profile, as another configuration option, and also with a link in the user menu.
