Alert display

SSMCM integrates a display, which is updated every 30sec, in which are shown:

  • Alerts from cloud service providers
  • Cost alerts

Cloud Service Provider Alerts

This section provides us with a list of alerts issued by the different "cloud" providers, which have not been resolved or closed.

It shows us the last 2 notifications as a summary, being able to "click" on them to see their details. If we have an active filter by accounts or groups of accounts, we will only be shown the alerts related to that filter.

Using the Mark all alerts as read link, alerts from registered cloud service providers will not be displayed again until The moment, both in the display and in the list of alerts of "cloud" service providers. Only new alerts that are logged will be displayed. If we have an active filter by accounts or groups of accounts, only the alerts related to that filter will be marked as read.

On the other hand, the display shows the total number of cloud service provider alerts visible by the user, that is, those that are in an open state and have not been marked as read. This counter is a link to go to the list of alerts of cloud service providers.
